We are pleased to present a great German engineering masterpiece: The 1990 Porsche 911 (964) Carrera 2 Coupe in Guards Red over a Camel Interior. Highly sought after Coupe and in general the Porsche Carrera 964 has gone up in value $1000-$1500 in the past 12 months and not likely to drop again. We have probably seen the lowest this timeless classics will ever go a year or two ago. Only 18,219 Coupes built over the 4 years of production. Amazingly, 98% of all 911s ever built are still on the road. The 964 is also one of the safest cars ever built and according to actual insurance injury claim statistics, it's second only to the big Chevy GMC Yukon, Denial, Tahoe in lowest personal injury accidents. Motorweek's KING OF THE ROAD It's the second to the last Air-cooled 911 model and thee last to Air-cooled to retian the original 1963 designed shell and styling before the release of the 993, and is the last of the hand built 911s. The Porsche 964 is a very easy car to live with on a daily basis. Common issues and problems typically found on a 964 are either checked, test and found to be okay or have been corrected. It is a pretty well sorted out Porsche. Would make a very good first Porsche or a reliable daily driver. Runs, drives, and shifts very well. The bad side of the car.
