As the plates say, it is a "72 1800E", one of 1865 built for the model year. Car has alway been in a warm dry climate, hence no rust. It was originally sold in Pasadena, CA, but moved to New Mexico in 1978 with the original owner. I bought the car from the original owners son three years ago and brought the car to San Diego, CA. It is the original metallic gold (105) with what looks like one respray. The car needs paint; however, the paint is adequate for use as a daily driver. Rear end had a slight dent which I had repaired and shows the newer paint. Car came with Air Conditioning, but is not operable as I removed the compressor which comes with the car. Bosche electronic fuel system works well as does the electric fuel pump. B20 does not smoke or use oil. Just replaced the exhaust system. Mileage shows 80104 and the odometer works, but cannot verify actual mileage. Just had the front seats reuphosterd in leather all around, enjoy the smell. Headliner and remaining upholstery is in good condiditon. Upper and lower dash pads have cracks from the dry climate. Windshield has a crack as well. All gages, lights and wiper with the exception of the clock work as does the electronic overdrive. Car has spare tire, jack, jack key and jack handle. Car is an extemely solid example to fully restore or contiue to enjoy as is. I am selling due to down sizing. Serious bidders only.
