I have owned this bike for about 10 years, haven't ridden it about 7 years. Transmission was rebuilt by a local shop (which is still in business) before it was put up in storage. Carbs were cleaned and synched, new plugs, oil, oil filter, battery, clutch master cylinder and petcock was rebuilt, this was all done within last month. The bike still runs smooth, hard and Fast. The back tire is bald, it's a 170/60-18 Metzler ME 1, looked up a new tire on E-bay, it's $96.00, with free shipping. The fairings are scratched up in places, but all there, RDdecals.com sells complete kits for these 1st. gen Hypersports for about $230.00 to $275.00 depending on what color you want. I broke the speedometer cable as I unloaded from the back of my truck. -New 530 chain and sprockets(regeared ratio), Newer Vance and Hines pipe. Vance and Hines power programer, 4" over swing arm. K&N filters. Dyno-jet stage 3 jet kit. The motor had work done on it, I don't remember who did the work (porting and polishing of head) but the bike is very strong. Have the original title, I am the second owner. Please ask questions, this is a used bike, no warranty expressed or implied.
