This is a 1970 chevelle non SS convertible. It is a start of off frame restoration. The body was sandblasted and some floor boards were replaced. It also has new inner full rear wheelhouse's along with full quarter panels. Floors were primed with an epoxy primer then a coat of ceramic paint.Door handles were shaved and body is in its first stages of epoxy primer. Panels may need a small amount of body work. it will need to be primed again with a primer like feather fill and blocked out before paint. Frame was sandblasted and powdered coated black. Other parts that were sandblasted and powder coated are as followes, convertible top frame, front and rear upper and lower control arms, front and rear bumper brackets, drive shaft, gas tank straps, 12 bolt rear end, disc brake spidles calipers with backing plates, front and rear springs, tranny cross member and hood hindges. The 12 bolt rear does not have any gears or unit. It also has new body mount bushings. I have most of the old interior, I do not have the bucket seats or the dash pad. I also have the motor and tranny that was in the car when I bought it. I believe the motor is a 350 and the tranny is a 350 turbo. This is a rare convertible with A/C. It has new tie rods and new upper and lower ball joints. The wheels that are on the car now do not go with this sale, they are for a camaro. I will put something on it for transportation. It must be shipped on a trailer, not a tow bar because there is no gears or oil in rear end. Please ask any questions if needed and I will get back to you ASAP. It has 3 small dings next to each other in it from shipping, easy fix for body man. I also have a new flapper door for hood. The car is in black epoxy primer because all the old paint was removed. The paint code for it is 75, (red). The convertible top frame was powder coated in gloss black and the rest was chasis black. The control arms have new bushings.It also comes with new outer round chrome fuzzys for doors and quarters. I have new black seat covers for the rear seat that go with the sale. If you live in the area and want to see the car before you bid just email me (recommended) to know what your getting into.Hood was $330.00, quarters were $1000.00, rear wheelhouses were $500.00, $2,500.00 in powder coating. You could buy a project that needs all this and its alot of work. If you ask me, all the real hard work is done. If it does not sell here I will have it painted and the price goes up $5,000.00. I put it up this way to give someone a chance to buy it and paint it the color they want. I was going to paint it black with red candy strips. After all primer and blocking is done I recommed removing hood, fenders, doors and deck lid to paint the inside of them. This way you can get paint on complete firewall and behind parts like hood hindges and door hindges ect. This will help keep rust from starting in those areas.
