Vehicle Detail
1930 Ford Model A - Tudor Sedan. Beautiful older frame off restoration. Very straight all steel body, fenders & hood. Finished in factory colors Chicle & Copra Drab, black fenders with Tacoma cream wheels & pinstripe -- some paint checking on the black, as befits an older lacquer. Engine runs perfectly, all original and restored/working correctly (right down to horn, vacuum wipers, lights, etc.). Suspension, steering, shocks, brakes all restored, work properly, and in good condition. Interior restored and in fine condition, safety glass in all windows, original working Spartan horn (and an added brass air horn for parade fun), speedometer and all instruments function perfectly (turn signal electronics added for safety-- sealed beam 6 volt headlights hidden beneath original lenses), dual cowl lights, chrome bumpers, white wall tires, dual side-mount spares, beautiful top, new stainless steel running board trim, step plates, etc. You will be hard pressed to find an all original/restored Model A Tudor this nice and original. It has even been seen in "Northern Exposure" TV series and used in a movie a few years ago. Transportation can be arranged to fit buyer's need. Please call Jack at 406-529-1835 for questions, more photos or details. I baby this car, I am the fourth owner, and I even have a gas ration coupon from 1940 that was found under the seat when restored. Thanks for looking. On Apr-16-11 at 13:41:31 PDT, seller added the following information: Forgot to mention there is a car cover, several original Ford publications --"Model A Instruction" book, "Model A Carburetor" book, and "Model A Restoration" book. Also a Clymer "Model A Service Manual and Owner's Handbook", starter crank, and various spare parts. There is also an original Certificate of Registration from Washington State ($3 fee!), a Tire Rationing Record (1943), Mileage Rationing Record (1944), and several later Registration Certificates (1946 and 1950) -- all for this very car! Lots of history here...
