Vehicle Detail

You're bidding on a REAL 69 GS 400 Convertible. I bought the car to restore it, but have to many other projects going on and need the room. The floors and trunk have been patched by the previous owner. Has an RS code engine the came with the car when I bought it, and I have no idea if it's original since the #'s were shaved off during block decking and I cant see them. Comes with the new pistons, cam, and fresh heads. I didn't complete the engine assembly since someone else may want to use different parts in it. This is an ORIGINAL optioned bucket seat/console car according to the body tag. Does NOT have a trans. Has the original posi rear end in it. This is a PROJECT!!! Will need the previous body work redone on the inside and out. What you see is what you get. Ask questions BEFORE bidding!!!! Will come with a rust free passenger side fender since the one on it now is shot, and a GS trunk lid I have here. Requires $500.00 paypal deposit and the balance in cash only!! Reserve is set low!!! The 1st REASONABLE offer gets it. Auction will be ended early if sold locally or earlier than end date. SOLD AS IS!!! Added: Look...I just got a couple offers on here already and.....before you make an offer, find out what pistons and cam from TA Performance cost, and machine work pricing (bored, crank work, heads re-done) cost BEFORE you make an offer. I'm NOT desperate for money and will sit on this car if I have to. My dog sleeps under it in the daytime anyway (he's weird)!! Added #2: vin is 446679H135137. Trim has : ST 69 44667 FLT 48357 BD TR 188 61A PNT 10B On Apr-09-11 at 06:31:03 PDT, seller added the following information: I've gotten questions about the RS code on the engine. As I said, it came with the car and may not be original. For all I know it could be a re-stamp. The casting #'s are correct for the year, and the cam is an original stage 1 according to the stampings. Your guess is as good as mine. I'm a Chevy guy and don't know everything about Buicks. Bid accordingly. The reserve is set low due to this issue. The car is a REAL GS400 convert for sure.
