Up for sale is this 1997 Ford F-250 gasoline pickup. This is a hard working, mechanically sound truck that will make a great everyday vehicle, or a farm, ranch, or construction truck. There are no mechanical issues whatsoever, and I would feel more than confident taking the truck anywhere, loaded or empty. This is a used truck and does have some cosmetic issues. Take a look at the pictures to see that the passenger rear of the bed is scratched and dented (about a 3/4 inch dent), that halfway up the passenger rear window cowling, there is a crease in the cab, there are some scratches on the driver's side of the bed, a 1/4 inch dent towards the driver's front of the bed, and finally a few hail dents only on the top of the roof. As the pictures show, none of these are major issues, and are purely cosmetic. Overall this is a good looking truck that is comfortable to drive, and is in appropriate shape for its age. On the interior everything electronic works with the exception of the horn and cruise control (might be a fuse, haven't checked). There is a 6 disc CD changed located behind the driver's seat, and the rear seats fold down to make a metal platform for inside hauling. The seats are clean and comfortable, with only a small tear in the driver's seat. The carpet has a few stains, mainly behind the passenger's seat, and there are new floor mats. Another nice feature is that the oil filter is easy to access immediately behind the front bumper and below the engine (well protected area).
