You're bidding on an ORIGINAL 86 Monte SS. This car was purchased by my father Brand New in late 85. (86 was delivered in 85). I sat my butt in the back seat of this car the day he brought her home from the dealer (C&E Chevrolet in Illinois) The original window sticker, build sheet, dealer delivery sheet, receipts come with the car. The ORIGINAL rims and tires are also included, but NOT installed. I have them, but installed new tires/rims due to driving it. You can have the original tires/rims, or the new ones. Not both. Your decision. It currently has a FULLY FUNCTIONAL cowl induction hood/air cleaner set-up. I custom built the air cleaner setup (easy using 70 Chevelle SS parts), and NOTHING has been cut, modified, chopped, glued, rigged, spit on, sweared at, etc. I have ALL the original parts (hood, air cleaner, radio, etc) So YES, I CAN claim this is a 100% original car. Car was painted at Stingray Chevrolet several years ago. Has NEVER had damage! Paint due to old laquer base/clear coat. New paint is still base/clear, but newer technology. This is an ORIGINAL 25898k mile car. The reason the additional miles were added since I got it is that I drove it to my house in Florida from my dads house in Chicago. This car also has custom made Lamb skin seat covers that my dad had made in Wis. before he even received it from the dealer. He wouldn t even let my brother,sister,nor me even get in her without putting our Sunday best on! So the pics are with the covers, but there is ZERO, yes ZERO wear on the seats.I have the original floor mats that have NEVER been used. No cracks on the dash. NOTHING has been CUT to install the aftermarket radio. Not one single wire,sensor,piece of metal has EVER been cut on this car. This car needs nothing!
