Make an offer! .I do not want to sell parts individually, nor can I sell to overseas customers. What we have here is an original 350SL in need of bodywork and a rear bumper, valance, interior and trim pieces to be completely honest. Originally purchased by me to make into a restored classic. Finances dictate otherwise right now. The engine appears quite complete and as most Mercedes owners can attest, this thing should run with very little effort! The last known running of this car was about a year ago. All fluids were full and appear in good condition. This car is missing some trim but includes a hardtop, silver in color, which has real value as you know. The rear bumper and lower valance was missing when I took delivery. The doors have power motors and I was told the A/C and windows worked. The soft top is not usable but the original soft top and frame is still there. The tires are a little dry but all match (Pirelli tires), there are five wheels and tires total. I have replacement floor pans in four sections from K and K Manufacturing, which are thicker than original, but brand new! Original title did show two owners, I am the third owner and the new title is in my name. This 350SL also has euro headlights, worth $300-400 for the pair. What you see in the pics is what you get. This same car is for sale locally. I can only accept cash at pickup time, or paypal if you wish. This engine, again, was started and this Mercedes was driven around Columbus, Ohio within the last 12 to 14 months. It handled quite nicely, I was told!On Apr-09-11 at 08:44:33 PDT, seller added the following information: I have air cleaner and some trim pieces, but there are no interior pieces, save for the rear package shelf, which needs refinished, as well as miscellaneous control switches. Again, for the dismantler out there, the good engine and trans are worth $900-1200, the hardtop is worth $400-600, the euro headlights are worth $300-400. I would hope that this classic gets restored, but opportunity is there for parts dealers.
