OK seems the time has come to shrink our classic car collection, so after some tough choices this is one that will be leaving. You cannot build this car for anywhere close to the buy it now. Frame on restoration completed on this rare Super 88. Basics are pretty simple, this car starts right up and runs perfectly. The interior is completely redone. This car needs nothing. Prior to restoration this was a solid car, the only rust was a few small holes in the floor. Very nice sheet metal all the way around. Floorpans were completely replaced during the restoration. Mechanics: Powered by the Rocket 303CI engine with a new timing chain, front and rear seals. Great compression. Hydromatic Transmission, new front suspension, 12v conversion, new tires, exhaust, brakes,and more. The car runs without any issues, shifts smoothly in all gears. Exterior: Pictures say most everything. Beautiful paint, chrome, and stainless. New paint that shines and looks great from any distance. New glass, rubber. All stainless was sent out and redone or replaced. All chrome was rechromed or replaced. All lights, wipers, etc work as they should. The tail lights were customized but the originals do come with the car. With that said I think there is nothing missing. I will try to get a picture of the underneath but it looks as good as the rest of the car. Underneath is super clean, it almost looks like a frame off from underneath. Interior: Completely redone. Tilt steering. The photos show what a great job was done from the carpet to headliner. Seats and door panels look fantastic. Trunk done to match. This car can be driven anywhere.
