Vehicle Detail
1972 Nova. Black with a black and cloth interior with rubber floor mats. This is a bench seat column shift car. Headliner is new. Will need new seatcovers soon. This car has a repro SS hood with an SS tail panel. Trunk is perfect. Front floors are rock solid, rear floors right in front of the seat are a bit soft. Fenders and quarters are perfect and rust free. Body is very nice and the car is very straight. Optioned with Power steering, power brakes, vinyl top and AC. Has new Redline radials with Corvette ralleys and flat disc brake center caps. Engine is NOM. Engine compartment needs a bit of detailing to really shine and the AC needs hooked up. Has a vintage SW tach that works. Aftermarket mechanical water temp and oil pressure gauges. Paint is pretty fresh with no chips dings or dents. This is a very clean driver and is cruise night ready. Its not perfect but it gets a lot of looks when its out and about. Its for sale locally, and if it sells then auction could end. If it hits reseve I will give a set of disc brakes and a tilt column for the car (the tilt is freshly rebuilt). Car is sold as is and without warranties. I have disclosed everything I know about the car and I encourage inspections if you can. I dont think you will be disappointed with this Nova. On Mar-26-11 at 17:13:01 PDT, seller added the following information: I neglected to mention, the motor is a non-original 350 SBC. Thank youOn Mar-28-11 at 09:27:06 PDT, seller added the following information: Update: Reserve is lowered and for bidders, it is under $10k. Also the starter was a bit noisy and I am having my mechanic replace it this week. I also asked him while he had it to take a look at the brakes as it pulled a bit when I applied the brakes (likely wheel cylinder). Small things but I want the new buyer to be happy. I also wanted to mention that it does not have a radio and a few of the dash light bulbs need to be replaced. Good luck!On Mar-28-11 at 13:13:01 PDT, seller added the following information: A buyer asked me if this was an SS car. I didnt represent it as such because I dont believe it is. Please assume its not an SS Car. No problems for anyone who wishes to cancel their bids. Its just a really nice claen driver quality car. Sorry if the listing was unclear.
