It has been driven less than 7500 miles per year! This two owner BMW was a trade to us ten days ago on a new BMW. The automobiles we offer on eBay show pride of ownership with strong service histories. Each eBay listing from us is either a new or certified pre-owned BMW trade in that is either too old or has more miles than the certification process will allow. Every car we list on eBay has been checked out with a condition report however they have not been prepared, inspected or reconditioned for traditional resale. General inspections times will be set between the hours of noon and 6pm Monday through Friday (PST) prior to auction close. Sorry no exceptions. This BMW is equipped with the following features: Premium Package, BMW business CD, alloy wheels, two way moon roof, Drivers Power seat with memory, power passenger seat, folding rear seats, plus standard features including telescopic and tilt wheel, ice cold air conditioning, power windows, outside mirrors and locks , both original master keys, power assist steering, cruise control and more. This 99 BMW 323I has terrific performance off the line or at passing speeds. The transmission feels great in all gears. The BMW provides a very rewarding driving experience. This BMW tracks down the road in a straight line and does not pull to either side. Upon hard braking there is absolutely no brake fading or squeaks and the ABS brakes perform correctly. The BMW has matching 205/50 R 16 Falkin radial tires with at least 50% tread life left. The tires are mounted on BMW alloy wheels with only minor imperfections on the outer most wheel edges. The next scheduled service is 7750 miles from now. Everything works correctly including wipers, low beam and high beam head lights, lower driving lights, all turn signals and hazard lights, reverse and brake lights and running lights. All fluids are factory correct and at proper levels. The color of this BMW is Jet Black! The paint and body of this BMW overall has excellent sheen and luster with a mirror finish. There are no signs of oxidation anywhere! The prior owner appears to have been very careful where the car was parked. There are very minor imperfections. Your going to have to look really hard to find the imperfections as we did. The left rear door has a minor shallow dime size ding and a few minor light nicks on right side doors although after the detail I could only find one. There are scratches down on the very bottom of the front valance from steep drive ways but you need to get on your hands and knees to spot them. In my opinion to correct these minor imperfections would be a waste of money because the car overall demonstrates stunning quality for a three year old let alone twelve years old! This car screams pride of ownership. All glass is OEM! All weather stripping and rubber is soft and supple. The headlight covers are clear! Overall the 325I appears to have been garaged most of the time and demonstrates a pampered automobile. The interior color of this BMW is Tan. The interior condition overall is very nice indeed. The leather seating surfaces demonstrate a garage kept vehicle. All leather is soft and supple! The driver’s seat is showing some ware on the seat bottom but it is surface ware only. There are three small cracks in the wood of the driver’s interior door panel and one crack on the wood located on the passenger side of the dash. The rest of the interior including head liner, carpets, dash, door panels are exceptionally nice. There is some minor ware on the center console cup holders but very minor. The interior is odor free and there are absolutely no signs of tobacco use in this BMW. Everything on the inside works correctly including all power windows, ice cold air conditioning, two way power moon roof, power seating, front and rear defrost, ventilation and heating and all ventilation settings, power door locks & mirrors, keyless entry and security, CD, cruise control, interior lighting, instrument lighting. All controls, buttons and vents are in excellent condition! Truly demonstrating a garage kept well maintained automobile while not perfect not far from it. Simply amazing condition for a twelve year old car let alone cars that are less than five year old, one of the nicest we have seen in a long time. The balance is due within seven days of auction close via Cash in person or bank wire. Upon clearance of funds seller will overnight Clean California Title, Current California Registration. IMPORTANT: California buyers with will be required to pay $169 for smog and safety certification, $55 dollar DOC fee along with $18 dollar California DMV transfer and sales tax per buyers county based off the final winning bid or sale price. The only exception is for licensed dealers. IMPORTANT: Out of state buyers & International buyers will be required to pay a $55 dollar documentation fee! To avoid California ownership transfer fees the car must be picked up by a licensed carrier or transporter unless a licensed dealer. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost and arrangements. The BMW should be picked up within ten days of sale. Seller will assist International buyers or buyers from Hawaii and Alaska in getting vehicle to local port of Los Angeles.
