Up for auction we have a 1980 Trans AM turbo pace car. It is in need of a full restoration. I bought this car out of a barn in TN where it had been sitting for several years. The distributor gear tore up and so they just parked it and let it sit. I bought it with the intention of bringing this car back to life but I am covered up for the next several months and don't want the car to sit and rot any longer. The only thing I took out was the carpet so that it would not cause any further rot in the floor boards. The rest of the body has surface rust but nothing crazy. As far as the rest of the pieces of the car they are there and most are very usable. This will make a really nice car when it is done and will be worth a good chunk of change. I have a ton of paper work on the car including the original build sheet. The engine and trans are numbers matching.
