You are viewing a 2001 BMW M3 CABRIOLET! It has a perfect unblemished Car Fax report with extensive records. The original in service date or date of sale was 6/22/2001. This M3 was a trade to us about ten days ago on a new BMW. All photos of this BMW were taken as received. On all eBay sales; we prefer to show the subject vehicle in the same condition as when we received the unit in trade. The vehicle has not been cleaned or dolled up for pictures. The automobiles we offer on eBay show pride of ownership with strong service histories. Each eBay listing from us was a new or certified pre-owned BMW trade in that is either too old or have more miles than the certification process will allow. Every car we list on eBay has received a general condition report however they have not been inspected, prepared or reconditioned for traditional resale. This BMW is equipped with the following features: Premium Package, Cold weather package, Harmon Kardon audio with cassette and multi disc cd changer, heated seats, Xenon lighting, power top, Navigation along with standard features including telescopic and tilt wheel, ice cold air conditioning, Drivers power seat with memory, passenger power seat, power windows, outside mirrors and locks , keyless entry and security with two original master keys, all owners books, cruise control, roll over package, dual front air bags, front and rear side air bags & Leather upholstery. This 01 BMW M3 has been driven only 9000 miles per year. It is equipped like all BMW's should with a manual six speed transmission. The performance off the line or at passing speeds is outstanding. The transmission feels great in all gears and the clutch grabs where it should. The BMW provides a very exhilarating driving experience and if you put it into Sport mode it is over the top! The BMW tracks down the road in a straight line and does not pull to either side. Upon hard braking there is absolutely no brake fading or squeaks and the ABS brakes perform correctly. It has four matching Goodyear Eagle tires. The fronts are 225/45 ZR 18 with at least 80% tread wear left and the rears are 255/40 ZR 18 with at least 70% tread wear left. The tires are mounted on BMW M-Sport wheels with only minor scuffs on the wheels edges. The car is due for service so plan on scheduling a service inspection. In addition both light bulbs need to be replaced in lower driving lights. Everything else work correctly including wipers, low beam Xenon’s and high beam head lights, all turn signals and hazard lights, reverse lights, brake lights and running lights. All fluids are correct and at proper levels. This M3 is also equipped with aftermarket exhaust but will come with the original system too. This car has extensive service records and demonstrates a car that has been mechanically looked after. The color of this BMW is the hard to find Imola Red! The paint and body of this BMW overall has excellent sheen and luster and the paint demonstrates a mirror finish. There are no signs of oxidation anywhere! There are minor imperfections but they are very minor: (1) a couple shallow dings on the passenger door, and a few tiny dings on passenger front fender, all dings could be corrected by a paint-less dent professional. (2) A thin faint one inch scratch on the hood, a light one inch scratch on drivers side quarter panel, a few light surface scratches on deck lid and two nicks less than ¼ inch on rear bumper and all could be addressed with minor touch up but again so small I would not bother. (3) There is a crack in the passenger door protective molding. (4) There is an aftermarket carbon fiber chin spoiler extension that has cracks and some scuffs and I personally would remove it if the car was mine to keep. All glass is BMW OEM. There is a small chip on the passenger side windshield, all other glass is excellent. All weather stripping and rubber is soft and supple. The top is Black and there are no imperfections anywhere on the top. Overall the M3 appears to have been garaged most of the time and screams pride of ownership. The interior color of this BMW is Light Gray. This entire color combination is stunning. The interior condition overall is very good. The leather seating surfaces demonstrate a garage kept automobile. All leather is soft and supple! There is typical ware thru on the drivers side upper outer bolster. The seats overall are very nice overall with little to no ware! The rest of the interior including door panels, carpets, headliner, dash, center console, head liner are all in good condition. The interior is odor free and there are no signs of tobacco use in this BMW. Everything works correctly including all power windows, ice cold air conditioning, power top, front and rear defrost, ventilation and heating and all ventilation settings, power door locks & mirrors, keyless entry and security, CD, cassette, cruise control, Navigation, heated seats, interior lighting, instrument lighting all work correctly. All controls and vents are in good condition! There are no warning lights on. Overall a well maintained automobile. IMPORTANT: We hate surprises like anyone spending their hard earned money. The BMW is available for in person or third party inspection but I need 48 hours notice. All requests must be made prior to auction close so please allow yourself and us enough time to arrange an appointment. I have lots of pictures available as well upon request just allow me 48 hours to get them to you including all imperfections. IMPORTANT: The winning bidder of this BMW will make a $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit within 24 hours of auction close via Pay Pal. The BMW is being sold AS-IS and NO WARRANTY is implied. All sales are final. The balance is due within seven days of auction close via Cash in person or bank wire. Upon clearance of funds seller will overnight Clean California Title, Current California Registration. IMPORTANT: California buyers with will be required to pay $169 for smog and safety certification, $55 dollar DOC fee along with California DMV transfer and sales tax per buyers county based off the final winning bid or sale price. The only exception is for licensed dealers. IMPORTANT: Out of state buyers! To avoid California ownership transfer fees the car must be picked up by a licensed carrier or transporter unless a licensed dealer. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost and arrangements. Upon close of auction, the M3 will be available for pickup at our Sherman Oaks CA (91401) location within the heart of the San Fernando Valley and in LA County. The BMW should be picked up within ten days of sale. Seller will assist International buyers or buyers from Hawaii and Alaska in getting vehicle to local port of Los Angeles. International buyers should expect communication to take place in English. There is a $55 dollar DOC fee on International sales.
