Vehicle Detail
You are looking at a beautiful 2005 Maserati Quattroporte. I am a private seller and know all of the details about this car, I have all of the service invoices. The car was built in 2005 and is a late production model. The exterior is NERO Carbonio (metallic black) The interior has black seats and white stitching, as well as a gray roof lining The color combination of this car is superb, everything flows well from outside to inside The body is in excellent shape, there are no dents or scratches. The only noticeable scratch is located on the rear bumper about in the middle (you can see it in the picture) The paint has been well maintained, the car was originally equipped with 3M Scotch guard that protected the hood, bumper, doors and mirrors from any chips. I recently removed the hood and bumper tape because it was getting old. (The mirrors and doors still have the scotch guard) Because of the scotch guard there isn't a single rock chip on the hood or bumper. Everything has been polished and waxed regularly. The interior is also great, the back seats look as if no one ever sat in them, even the corners of the center console are untouched (usually a major problem with this car) It comes with a 4.2 liter Ferrari V8 (Dry sump) producing 400hp. The engine feels and sounds amazing. It is also equipped with a Ferrari built F1 transmission and paddle shifters. The transmission is very fun to play around with when you want to, otherwise you can set it to automatic mode when you are stuck in traffic. The car is equipped with Navigation (I have all of the NAV CD's and the case, a lot of owners lost these already) Otherwise the car has all of the standard features you would expect in a 130k car...such as: automatic headlights, rain sensing wipers, heated seats all around, rear shade, rear reclining seats, and much more... Additionally the car comes with the optional 19" rims and rear parking sensors I have added a NAVTV kit for the front, which allows you to watch anything you want while you're driving. It has 2 inputs so you can add a rear view camera if you want. I was personally satisfied with the parking sensors. Additionally I installed an 11" rear entertainment screen that reads pretty much anything (DVD, MP3, CD, DivX) you can insert either a disc or a thumb drive, it doesn't matter. The thing you are playing can either be rooted to the front screen and the audio will play through the car speakers or there are WIRELESS headphones so that you can enjoy what you are watching in the back, while the driver can listen to what he wants. This install cost $3,500, and is about a year old. The car has 71,000 miles, however they are mostly highway miles. The engine and transmission are perfect. Everything is dry underneath, and there are no warning lights. I have done a lot of preventative maintenance on the car in the last year, so there are no problems with it, and there shouldn't be for a long time. Just yesterday I had an oil change and a brake change (Front and back). Before that I flushed the coolant system, changed the thermostat and the engine coolant sensors. Also I changed the fuel purge valve (A common problem on Ferrari/Maserati). All filters were changed when I bough the car which was about a year ago. The battery is brand new. I used all OEM parts that I ordered from tridentparts.com, and all of the work was done by a well qualified independent shop here in NY. The tires are Pirelli Pzero with 60% tread on them. The car is tinted, however they are easily removable if you do not like tints. I have all of the books that the car comes with and the navigation discs. If you have any questions please email me, or you can call me at 347-251-4800, if I don't pick up leave me a message. I can assist the buyer in shipping the car, however I cannot make all of the arrangements. I am willing to consider reasonable offers. I reserve the right to end the auction early.
