2000 Crown Victoria LX for sale. I've owned this car for nearly 2 years and it has been a pleasure to drive. Most comfortable riding car I've ever owned. I've had multiple surgeries over the last few years and needed something that takes the bumps well. After test driving several Lincoln's, I came across this beauty with only 34,000 miles on it. Just as comfortable as a Town Car, but it's a little faster and it handles better, has a much lighter feel in my opinion. Now that I'm getting better, I want to go back to something smaller and sportier. That's the only reason I'm selling the car. Car has been well maintained and never abused. Only one elderly owner before me. Never used as a police or taxi vehicle. I only put 26,000 miles on it in the last 2 yrs, and that includes 2 trips down to Florida. Highway mileage is very impressive for this car. On Rt 95, I consistently recorded mileage of 25 mpg at a steady 70 mph. Around town expect around 20 mpg. Though these cars are heavy and have a V8 engine, the gas mileage isn't as bad as most people think. Car is in very good overall condition. This is the LX luxury model which features extras, such as factory chrome trim, power driver and passenger seats with inflatable lumbar support, 4 wheel disc brakes, 16" aluminum wheels, auto adjusting mirror with digital compass, keypad keyless entry, woodgrain dash trim, full leather interior, and power everything. Only problem I've ever had with the car was a bad climate control mixing controller. Cost $600 to repair. Climate control works perfect now. Power locks and windows all work fine. Passenger window is a little slow sometimes. The car has never been in a major accident, however there is a small blemish on the right, front bumper where Bambi committed suicide last year. I slowed down and saw the baby deer, but at the last second, the little bugger leaped right into my bumper while I was going about 20 mph. I've since installed a set of deer whistles on the front bumper, that's what those little black things are. Other than that, the car is in great shape. I haven't even waxed it since last summer, so the finish in the pictures is the actual paint finish, it's not all glossed up to look good for a week, it will look even BETTER if you polish her up. I had the rear windows professionally tinted at Car Toyz. I also had them install a custom stereo. Has Kenwood CD MP3 player with IPOD and USB interface. Remote control included. Also has the factory replacement, direct fit Kenwood component plate system speakers and 2 extra Kenwood tweeters professionally installed in the doors. Power cables and RCA hookup in trunk are also in place to hook up an external amp and subwoofer in minutes. The tires are in very good condition. I replaced the original tires with a $700 set of Michelin Energy's last year. They made the car ride even better than when I got it. Only about 7,000 miles on the new tires. Wheels are all in really good shape. Title is clear, no liens. NO RESERVE, going to the highest bidder!
