This old Ford has been a hot rod since the late 50s/early 60s. This is not a fiberglass replica but a real piece of hot rod history. It has Model A frame that has been boxed for strength. 40 Ford juice brakes and rear. Rebuilt 40 Ford 3 speed transmission. When this car was built it had a 283 small block Chevy. That tired old motor was pulled out and replaced with a Chevy 350 built with dual 4 barrel carbs. The engine runs great and sounds fantastic. This car has much of the original Henry Ford steel Roadster body. The original roadster cowl, windshield, fenders, hood, etc. The windshield tilts forward just like stock. The rear of the cars body is is steel except for the rear fenders. The rear is custom with a working rumble seat. The doors have been modified suicide style. The interior has some wear and tear but looks fine for that jalopy hot rod look. I have a Jeep style top for the car-the frame is good but the top itself is worn. This car is turn key. The engine runs great. The transmission and brakes work well. Lights/gauges work (speedo needs a cable) Clean clear title. Here's a link to lots of pics and a video walkaround.. Again, this car is NOT some fiberglass replica but a 80 plus year old hot rod. It's loud, it's scary fast, and it's loads of fun.
