Up for sale is my 1986 Chevy Corvette. I bought the car (3rd owner) about 5 years ago to restore but lost interest after my son got in a minor accident and damaged the driver side door. I initially put about $2500.00 into the engine alone and it was running really good when I took it off the road and put it in the garage last june. I start it up every few week and there is no hesitation as it fires right up. Some of the work on the engine include; Valve stem seals, starter, water pump, complete tune-up, new ignition/key, front brakes, tires and a few other things I can't recall off hand. As for the rest of the car it needs interior work to include; new door panels, seat covers and one of the three dash panels is out. The steering wheel is an after market type and the AC does not blowing cold air but the compressor does kick on . The exterior of the car is in pretty decent shape for it age with the exception of the driver door. There are a few minor stress cracks (see picture) as well as some paint loss on the front bumper (see picture). The antenna stays in the up position and the clear top has a crack. I do have a solid hard top (different color) that I will throw in to the buyer..The car also needs some new door seals like most of thevettes this old. The car is really tight when driving and would be great for someone to restore or rip for parting out. I have a clear title in hand. Check out the car fax report. I don't think you are going to find a vette with this low miles anywhere. I am the third owner and the miles are true. I know nothing about shipping so that would be on you. .
