1971 Triumph Trail Blazer

Here is a wonderful little Triumph 250. This bike has just under five-hundred actual miles on it. Overall it is in excellent condition considering its now forty years old. The gas tank is made out of aluminum, and is in super nice condition on the inside. The fuel valves work as they should. There is a dent in the tank on the front left side, which looks like a fork strike. Not sure how this happened due to the fact that the forks are perfectly straight, and clear the tank by two inches. The exhaust has some rust holes. It looks like very mild steel that could be repaired easily enough. The rear rim has pitting in the chrome. The front rim is flawless. The battery cover on the right side is missing. The battery I used to start the engine is too large for the battery box, so a battery will be needed. Original tires are on the bike, and holding air. Carbs were gone through, and took very little cleaning to get them spotless. The engine starts and runs fantastic. Idles well. Sounds very cool. This bike would make a beautiful, what I call “parade bike”. It will turn some heads. Clear street title. I have used Allied Van lines several times for shipping bikes. They will come to my door for pickup and strap it to a pallet, then drop it at your desired address. I will go south on I-75 from Michigan to deliver for a fee if you’d like to work something out.
