I bought this pickup about a year ago with intentions of fixing it up, but work etc. made me realize it's not going to happen. Figure I will trade up to something that will require less time. Engine is I believe a 283 with 350 tranny. Runs good and has shown no signs of burning oil in the 500 or so miles I have driven it. Previous owners have installed disc brakes on front and a rear diff out of a Monte Carlo (I was told). 5 lug wheels so I don't know if these are drop spindles or off of something that would interchange as front end is lowered some. Gas gauge works but dash gauges and speedo do not. Speedo is not hooked to tranny. All I have done is new front tires, window regulator,a blower motor and put some plywood in the bed as there was no bed wood. Paint is just primer and not very good, some rust in usual spots RR fender has a couple of areas. Doors have holes for trim I think they came off of a different truck.Please e-mail me if you have questions or want additional pics. I want to be honest about listing any defects. I need to point out that the Master Cylinder is the original for drum brakes and was not changed when discs were installed. Brakes work fine but wanted to point that out. Have had a few questions about the engine, it runs good carb may need a little tune up
