For Sale 1953 Oldsmobile Super 88 - 4 Door Sedan The car needs restored. It runs and drives good. Has good brakes, new battery, new tires and custom seat covers. The gas gauge works, all lights and turn signals work. The speedometer does not work. It does have mechanical issues. The engine smokes some especially when you accelerate. I was told by a mechanic it could be either a ring or valve guide problem but it does hold good oil pressure. I drove the car locally this past summer but don't recommend driving long distance with the engine issue. It has the original paint, in some places the paint is very thin to completely worn off. The body is very solid except for places shown in the pictures. If you purchase the car and come to pick up and it is not as described I will return your deposit.
