1990 Chevy 1500 4x4 Please read entire auction details before bidding! Two months ago, the original 350 motor blew, and we replaced it with a 350 from a 1993 Suburban motor, that had 160,000miles on it. The odometer has been reset to zero, but does not work. It was reading a little over 130,000 before the motor went. Before dropping it in, we replaced the intake manifold gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, and kept the original power steering pump. It is leaking a little transmission fluid; it may be a tranny coolant line, or possibly the pan gasket - should be an easy fix either way. The motor oil drain plug is leaking a little too - probably stripped - easy fix. This truck was lifted when we got it, and we were told that the axles are from a Chevy 2500. Interior is in good shape. One of the tires is different brand - all have pretty good tread (shown in photos). Disk brakes all around. Originally, this was a 2 wheel drive, but has been modified. Photos show it clean and dirty. Rust is shown in pictures - if more photos of anything are needed, or if you have questions, please ask! My son drives it to work every day. fog lights cab lights were added a couple months ago4 wheel drive (lock in hubs) 10 inch lift (7 inch suspension, and 3 inch body) The body lift is hidden from behind (Steel plate underneath tailgate)35 inch tires (3 Good-Year Wrangler, 1 Wild Country ) Rubber bed liner on top of thin spray-on bed liner. Brand new steering stabilizers(1 week old) New wheel seal (back drivers side)crack in front windshield top to bottom Engine has new intake manifold gasket, as well as new exhaust manifold gasket.
