Vehicle Detail

RELISTED DUE TO A NON-PAYING BIDDER! ...Fellow ebay sellers beware of ebayer: "gn4agi" (Also know as: timothy bishop. He has NOT returned any of my attempts to contact him, to follow through with HIS purchase! This is a NO-RESERVE AUCTION! -Highest bid wins this car, so bid to own! That being said, once again... Here we have a running 1970 Dodge Charger, with a 1969 Charger front clip. The 383" V-8 big block engine does start, and runs good, but I havent drove it yet. (There are no brakes.) This is a PROJECT CAR. This is not an R/T Hemi Charger but, can be cloned as such. This also is a great car to make into a "General Lee" or "Fast and Furious" recreation (or just build to your liking). This car does come with a clear title, fender tag and build sheet! All body numbers match, including the door sticker. The ignition key starts the engine, and the trunk key opens the trunk. DRIVE TRAIN: The original 318" V-8 is long gone. -It now has a great running 1969 date code 383" V-8, big block engine. We cleaned/degreased the engine and painted it "Hemi Orange", put it in, and fired it up! (It looks and sounds great!) The trans is a 727 automatic. The rear end is an 8-3/4. All 4 wheels have manual drum brakes (not working). The chrome wheels are 15"x8" Cragar 5 stars, with BF Goodrich tires. There will need to be some work done to the car to make it road worthy. BODY: This Charger left the factory painted B-5 Blue inside and out. The fender tag comes with the car, and there is a build sheet behind the rear seat. I've sanded most of the outer body down to bare metal, and now it is in black primer (the white tail stripe was just for fun). The engine compartment also was stripped to bare metal and primed. The fenders are in pretty good condition, as are the doors. (The bottoms of the doors are clean.) The rear 1/4 panels should be replaced due to dents and body filler. The interior floors are decent, but will need some patching. The trunk pan is very solid on the sides, but is rusted in the center. The hood and trunk lid are in good condition. The front and rear frame rails are excellent! The grill is present, but it will need some repair. All of the windows are in the car. The stainless trim is in great shape. INTERIOR: The interior is now black. The front bucket seats are in great condition. The rear seat is in good condition. The dash cluster is intact. The front and rear side panels are present. The upper pads are missing. The headliner and carpet need replaced. OVERALL: This is a good buildable car to turn into a "General Lee" or "Fast and Furious" clone (or just restore to your liking). It is a running project car that is better than most projects Chargers I've seen. -( I will finish it myself if it does'nt sell.) I have 8 other Chargers that I'm working on now, and I am selling a few to make room for these. The last pic is of a few of my other Charger projects, but this auction is just for the (1) 1970 Charger described. NOTE: This car is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS". There are no warranties or refunds for any reason. All sales are final. Shipping is the buyers responsibility. ( I have a truck and trailer, and might be able to deliver for $1.25 per loaded mile, depending where you want the car sent.) Bidders with less than 10+ feedback will be canceled unless they call me first. The winning bidder must send a $1000 deposit through Paypal or wire transfer within 24 hours of auctions end to secure their purchase. The balance is due within 3 calendar days of auctions end. I will accept CASH IN PERSON or BANK WIRE TRANSFER for the balance (No checks). The car may stay here for up to 30 days free while shipping arrangements are made, but MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL WITHIN 3 DAYS. Neither the car, nor the title will leave until all funds have cleared. Due that the car is also listed for sale through other media, I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. By bidding on any of my items, you are agreeing to these terms. Call me if you have any questions at: (734)-341-3186. Thanks, Jeff. On Mar-06-11 at 06:40:11 PST, seller added the following information: I'm not sure why it's not on screen, but there is a "buy it now" for $8500. This car is also listed for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. Thanks, Jeff.
