1972 Honda CB450 with 10, 166 original miles. As the second owner I put about 8,000 of those miles on the bike, after it was found abandoned in a West Los Angeles shed, where it had sat an estimated 20 years. I lovingly cleaned and cared for her, always garaged in San Diego, for the rest of its 7 year career on the roads of SoCal taking me to college classes and local excursions. The top end was rebuilt at 9K by National City MC. Have all service records. It has a new Yuasa battery and still purrs to life in just a turn or two of the starter. Only the mildest surface rust, small tear in seat appears readily repairable. Small dings to left side of tank. Never ridden on salty Connecticut roads where I now reside. Am selling against my will, she was a fine mount, 100% reliable, and able to readily crack the ton if given a long enough stretch of CA freeway. Am only selling now to make space at spouse's request.
