You are bidding on a 1990 Ford Mustang convertible. This is 1 of approximately 4500 Emerald Green and White convertibles made in the 25th anniversary year of 1990. Ford teamed up with the NCAA and 7-up for a promotion during March madness to give these cars away but they only gave away 1 or 2 and sold the rest. This Mustang is has had no modifications at all. The interior and exterior do show signs of age, the drivers seat side bolster is worn, the convertible top has a few wear spots but does not leak. The exterior has some paint chips on the hood and there are a couple of scratches on the car. The tranny shifts great and the motor runs strong. Does not burn oil at all. Im the 2nd owner of this car. One of the rear window motors will need to be replaced. There is also a small oil leak. I have replaced the valve cover gaskets, so I believe the leak is either the oil pan gasket or the intake manifold gasket. The car has been garaged since Ive owned it and has not been abused. FOX body Mustangs in this condition are almost impossible to find these days. Seems everyone of them has some sort of performance upgrade. If youre looking to get into a great, solid, original, FOX body Mustang, than this car is perfect for you. Its a great summer cruise night car. Car is also for sale locally. The 54,xxx miles are original and accurate and I have documentation proving same. The original convertible boot is in the trunk and I also have the original turbine wheels with tires mounted which are included in the sale.
