There is NO major rust areas on this truck. The dark spots in the bed picture are just wet spots, not rust. Q: Can this truck be driven long distance or does it need to be shipped? The box looks like it has rust clean through, is this true or is the picture deceptive? Mar-02-11 A: This truck was a daily runner until about 2003, it has not been driven much since. I would have the truck shipped as it hasn't run much for years. The truck bed has patches of red paint inside it which might be what looks like rust. I can't say that the truck is rust free but there is very little rust on this 1963 F-100.
