I have for a sale a 1986 Nissan hardbody 4x4. -The odometer reads 144K, It currently works but is not reading correctly. I checked the History report and back in 2000 it was logged at 197K miles, The title will read Exempt because anything over 10 years is exempt. This was a common problem on the nissan trucks with the speedo going out. Most people will try to hide that issue when they are selling you a truck.( It happend to me) I am trying to be upfront about all issues. The truck does not look like it has been 200K + miles in my opinion. -4 Cylinder Z24/ two plugs per a cylinder -5 speed tranny. clutch is okay could use a new one within the next 25K miles - Tires are around 80 percent tread Just Replaced -Oil/ Oil filter -Spark Plugs/ Wires -PCV Valve -Fuel Filter -Air Filter -Windshield -New door speakers -Driver door doesnt seal all tha great, I think it is an easy fix just need to adjust the screws. No water gets in, it just rattles some. The Bad: - Speedo and tach inop -Truck is a northern truck so No A/C I am the second owner of this truck, one officer in the military owned this truck for 25 years and decided to trade it in, I bought is a few weeks ago but found out I am deploying and would like to sale the truck. It is a CLEAN truck for 25 years old, the dash cracking from the sun is the only major interior damage. The paint is faded but it is old of course and the exhaust may need to be replaced.
