You are viewing a 2001 BMW 325CIC from southern California! It has a perfect unblemished Car Fax report with excellent service records. The original in service date or date of sale was July13,2001 on a one year lease. The second time it was sold on August 4, 2002 as a certified BMW. On September12,2007 it was sold for the third time by us and was a trade to us about ten days ago on a new BMW. We welcome in person or 3rd party inspections. All inspections must be completed prior to auction end and we need 48 hours notice for an appointment so please allow yourself and us enough time so we may accommodate your request. All photos of this BMW were taken as received. On all eBay sales; we simply prefer to show the subject vehicle in the same condition as when we received the unit in trade. The vehicle has not been cleaned or dolled up for pictures. Each eBay listing from us are new BMW trade ins that either are too old or have more miles than the certification process will allow. These cars have been checked out with a full condition report however they have not been prepared or reconditioned for traditional resale. Please review the details below of the subject BMW. This BMW is equipped with the following features: Sport package, Premium Package, Cold weather package, Harmon Kardon audio with CD, heated seats and Xenon lighting along with standard features including telescopic and tilt wheel, ice cold air conditioning Drivers power seat with three position memory, passenger power seat, power windows, outside mirrors and locks , keyless entry and security, cruise control, roll over package, dual front and side air bags & Leather upholstery. This 01 BMW has been driven only 8600 miles per year. It is equipped like all BMW should with a 5-speed manual transmission which is a very rare option on convertible BMW’s since the majority of production is automatic and it makes this car even more special to drive. The performance off the line or at passing speeds is very good! The transmission feels great in all gears The BMW provides a very good driving experience. The BMW tracks down the road in a straight line and does not pull to either side. Upon hard braking there is absolutely no brake fading or squeaks and the ABS brakes perform correctly. It has four near new matching 225/45 ZR 17 inch Michelin tires with at least 80%+ tread wear left. The tires are mounted on BMW Sport wheels with minor scuffs on the wheels edges. Everything works correctly including wipers, low and high beam head lights, lower driving lights, all turn signals and hazard lights, reverse and brake lights and running lights. All fluids are factory correct and at proper levels. According to the service computer the next scheduled item is an oil change 9,000 miles from now. Overall the car demonstrates that is has been mechanically maintained like it should be with excellent service records to back it up. The color of this BMW is Stahl Gray and very rare as is the entire color combo. The paint and body of this BMW overall have excellent sheen and luster. There is only minor oxidation on the roof storage bonnet cover and that consist of a three wide inch band. The cost to paint this by our shop will be less than $250 by our shop . There are no other signs of oxidation anywhere else! There are minor imperfections throughout this ten year old beamer including the most significant flaws: 1. A shallow eight inch dent on the passenger side rear quarter panel above the molding and a dime size ding above it. 2. A crack on the lower passenger side front apron. 3. A dime size ding on the rear deck lid edge. 4. A quarter size shallow ding between the front grills and the BMW badge. The drivers door protective molding is cracked. The car has very minor nicks and scuffs here and there. There are no noticeable imperfections in any of the glass windows that stand out and all glass is OEM. All weather stripping and rubber is soft and supple. The top is Navy blue and there is some minor color ware on the top but the top is soft and supple, free of tears and in very good condition. The interior color of this BMW is Red. This Stahl Gray, Navy Blue top and red leather is a throwback to the 1950’s. The color combo is stunning! The interior condition overall is very good. The leather seating surfaces are in amazing condition and are soft and supple! There is very minor stitching separation on the passenger front seat near the head rest. There is also a one inch separation on the outer side bolsters on both front seats in the exact same spots. The seats overall are excellent with little to no ware most often found in most leather cars, truly exceptional. The rest of the interior including door panels, dash, center console, head liner, carpets are all in excellent condition. Everything works correctly including all power windows, ice cold air conditioning, front and rear defrost, ventilation and heating and all ventilation settings, power door locks & mirrors, keyless entry and security, CD & cruise control, interior lighting. All controls, bents and buttons are in excellent condition. Overall a well maintained automobile. IMPORTANT: We hate surprises like anyone spending their hard earned money. IMPORTANT: The winning bidder of this BMW will make a $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit within 24 hours of auction close via Pay Pal. The BMW is being sold AS-IS and no warranty is implied. The balance is due within seven days of auction close via Cash in person or bank wire. Upon clearance of funds seller will overnight Clean California Title, Current California Registration. IMPORTANT: CALIFORNIA buyers with will be required to pay $169 for smog and safety certification along with $18 dollar California DMV transfer, $55 doc fee and sales tax per buyers county. The only exception is for licensed dealers. IMPORTANT: NON CALIFORNIA or OUT OF STATE buyers to avoid California ownership transfer fees the car must be picked up by a licensed carrier or transporter unless a licensed dealer. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost and arrangements. The BMW should be picked up within ten days of sale.
