i am selling a pretty nice volvo 850. i will try to describe condition as clear and honest as i can, its overall a pretty nice car that looks good and runs great, good tires, new c/v shafts, a/c & heater work ect... as with any used car it is not perfect, here are all the imperfections it has, the rr looks like some of the clearcoat is missing or faded,( car still looks pretty nice) the odometer stopped working the other day while i was driving,( i read up on this problem and there are forums online that state you can buy the plastic gear to fix odometer on ebay for like $12.00 (common problem) the power sunroof does not operate(?) the leather seats are pretty bad shape ( seat covers?) there is a light on dash that comes on when you start it then goes out after you drive,( mabee cause the odometer quit working?) these issues are all minor, i cant see any signs of this car letting someone down. these volvos are known for running for ever. other than that this car starts up and runs great and i would not hesitate to get in it and drive across the country, for an older car it drives very nice and pretty luxurious. there is a 250.00 deposit. THE RESERVE IS SET LOW alot less than book and alot less than i have in it. please let me know if you have any questions.
