It was a new BMW trade in last weekend at our dealership in the San Fernando Valley. All photos of this 2000 BMW 323I were taken as received. On all eBay sales; we simply prefer to show the subject vehicle in the same condition as we received the unit in trade for the new BMW. The vehicle has not been cleaned or dolled up for the photos. We have taken a great deal of time completing a full inspection report so we can describe this terrific automobile so please review in it's entirety. This BMW 323I is equipped with the best options including: Premium Package, CD, Leather seating, Xenon lighting, OBC, dual power seats with three position memory on driver’s seat, two way power moon roof, alloy wheels plus standard features including dual air bags, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, air conditioning, 4 wheel anti lock brakes, fog lights, power windows and locks, cruise control, Steptronic automatic transmission and the list goes on. This wonderful BMW also has all sets of keys provided from BMW when it was new equipped with keyless entry and security.This BMW 323I drives effortlessly! The 2000 BMW 323I has only 90,336 miles! That less than 8300 miles per year! The car drives down the road with terrific performance from its 6 cylinder engine both at cruising speed and off the line it performs effortlessly and provides a very rewarding driving experience. It drives and shifts thru its Sportronic automatic transmission correctly both in automatic or manual modes. The BMW tracks down the road in a straight line and does not pull to either side. Upon hard braking there is absolutely no brake fading or squeaks and the ABS brakes work perfectly. It has matching correct 205-55 R 16 inch Continental Touring tires with at least 50% tread wear left mounted on factory upgraded alloy wheels with only very minor blemish’s on the most out wheel lips. The car also has all tools in place along with the optional full size spare. Everything works correctly including wipers, low and high beam lights, lower driving lights, turn signals, hazard lights, back up lights and brake lights. Simply no surprises! The color of this BMW is Gray. The paint and body appear to be all original. Overall the paint finish is stunning with excellent sheen and luster with zero signs of oxidation typically found on older metallic paint equipped automobiles! The car demonstrates a vehicle that has been garaged most of its life. The car has only minor imperfections. There are only a few very minor door dings that are all dime size and all are on the drivers side rear passenger door. None of the three or four dings have the paint broken and all are shallow repairable by a paint less dent removal expert. Our expert quoted us $75 dollars to repair all and the winning bidder can elect to have this done prior to vehicle pickup at our cost. There are very minor light scratches here and there that should polish out with a professional buff and detail. It also has very minor paint chips on the front bumper but again you really have to get up close and personal to find them. All glass is free of imperfection less minor road chips however I could find any but an eight year car usually has them. The rubber and weather stripping is soft and supple. This BMW 323I is superb example of a well taken care of automobile that screams pride of ownership. The interior color is Medium Gray. The interior condition overall is superb! The leather seating surface’s are still soft and supple and not hard like many cars left in the sun and again this BMW demonstrates a garaged kept and overly maintained automobile. We see more ware on interiors of most three year old automobiles let alone a ten year old automobile. The carpets, interior door panels, wood, dash and headliner are all in excellent condition. The BMW 323I is ODOR FREE and appears to have never been smoked in ever! Everything works correctly including all power windows, ice cold air conditioning, driver’s side power seat with memory, power passenger seat, power door locks, keyless entry and security, CD, cruise control, all ventilation, interior lighting, heat, front and rear defrosters, power mirrors. There is no ware on any of the buttons including ac, defroster, climate controls, lights etc. The stereo is a factory BMW with excellent sound from all speakers. Truly a pampered BMW! Overall if you are looking for a BMW that still turns heads and overall has great appeal this might be the car for you. As in the detailed description above this BMW needs a few things done but not much and she will return to her glory. Either way the winning bidder could do very well with this BMW.
