1979 Z 28 CAMARO I'm the second owner, The original owner still lives in Burbank. Bought originally at Felix Chevrolet. Speedometer reads 39765. Do not know if that is the original miles. Matching #s, Vin # 1Q87L9L558044, This must have been a loaded car for its day, the car has everything, Rear window defogger,Electric windows and door locks, tilt Steering wheel, Cruise control, originally came with power antenna. I have the built sheet I pulled off of the gas tank. Many pics if needed. I've owned the car for about 4 years in which time I've gone threw the car fixing what its needed and more. Its been garaged since I've had it and looks like it might have been a large portion of its Life, The needles on the gauges are not faded, No rust California car, 350 engine / Auto Trans, Exterior Black, Rare Interior Color ( Oyster). Has passed California smog twice with no problems, Very clean daily driver condition, seats & door panels, center counsel front and rear bumpers, .Original spare tire look like its never been used. New A/C system, New shocks. Carburetor & Rear end Rebuilt, All new hoses including Heater core & Belts, Air cleaner, All new gas line, New door glass weather strip, New Windshield, New lower grill from factory, not many left, New headliner, new interior carpet, new radiator, tinted windows done professionally, Spark plugs & wires,cap rotor have been replaced. It has Z28 5 spoke wheels with brand new BFG 245-15-60 all around. Had transmission re-sealed, oil pan gasket, valve cover gaskets and new front & rear main crank seals replaced including harmonic balancer. Motor & transmission to my knowledge have not been rebuilt but runs and drives great. Trunk rod springs work, Have factory manuals, original radio. new speaker under front dash from Classic Ind. and two new 6 x 9 in the rear window deck area. What it needs is paint and some minor body work to take care of small dings here and there.Most people would be perfectly Happy the way it is.
