Up for auction is a 1979 Subaru Brat 1st Generation 4x4 pickup that I am selling for my father in law. He has spent 3-4 years restoring it. It has the complete jumpseat setup including headrests and seatbelts. The paint is brand new (2005 Kia burnt orange metallic) and of real good quality. The bed was near rust free and was repainted as well- the jams were also repainted and look great. The interior is all new including new carpet- seats newly recovered- newly recovered door panels- new headliner- all glass is good. As far as I know the drivetrain is all original- including a 4 cyl. engine- manual transmission- and transfer case. No smoke or funny noises. The wheels are painted to match the body. Any rust on the body was replaced w/ new metal- underside of vehicle is West Texas clean. Clear Texas Title in my father in laws name- in our possesion. If vehicle doesnt sell- see it at the Make A Wish Car Show March 5&6 at the Amarillo Civic Center. Your bid is a contract to buy- bid to win.
