I am selling my 1983 Chevrolet Camaro. It is a Berlinetta Coupe with an automatic transmission, V8 engine, and T-top. I love this car. It is still in its original condition with the old radio and cassette player. My mother purchased it from an elderly couple about seven years ago who never really drove it. I had been using this car for everyday transportation for about three or four years when it began to require a jump start by another vehicle. I took it to the shop and got a new alternator and alternator belt. Additionally, I recharged the battery which I had purchased a year ago. Still, the charge would not hold- and I virtually gave up. I had originally planned to keep it and restore it, but as I am now moving within the year, I hope that I can pass the project on to another Antique Camaro lover! There are a few dents and chipped paint on the driver's side exterior. The interior is in fair condition with no major damage. The speedometer stopped working a few years ago. At that time, the odometer was at approximately 75,000 miles. I also had the right rear shock fixed earlier this year. This is an "as is" and final sale.
