The car starts, runs and drives really good. No leaking or overheating of any kind. Tranny shifts nice and smooth. This is truly a TIMELESS machine. The only thing that its wrong with this car is a humming noise (not too loud and it doens't increase) on the rear passenger side(i think), it has pretty much the same decibels at any speed but a little bit more noticeble when you apply the brakes to slow down. This car is located 30 minutes north of San diego. The driver seat and arm rest have a few tears.(I think I have a replacement mercedes seat cover and arm rest somewhere in the garage, if I find it I'll include it with the sale).Passenger and rear seats are good. The hard top is in good condition, the soft top has tears on each side close to the door windows(6-8 inches) they have been sewn together ( I will post a picture later ) The plastic windows are good and clear. ( this top has spend 80% of the time folded down, after all its 25 years old). The humming noise on the rear is hard to hear with the top down, I can hear it because I know is there., a new driver couldn't tell.
