Up for Auction is my 1979 Porsche 928 Project Car. I have invested approximately $10K into buying the car on eBay (4-5 years ago), replacement parts and other professional services (rebuilt heads, rebuilt fuel injector system, some body work). My loss is your gain. I no longer have the desire, nor the funds to finish the project. The motor, transmission, torque tube, suspension, breaks, clutch, you name it have been totally rebuilt. The motor starts right up and runs nice. It has brand new tires. There are way too many items to list that have been replaced. Although I do have a spreadsheet with all the items if you would like a copy. It will need a front windshield, but all the other glass is in good shape and I have new seals for the rear quarter windows. I had a problem with the clutch the last time I worked on it and it probably just needs more adjustment or slave cylinder bled out. The interior is totally out except for one seat. It also has new dash and pod covers. I have the other interior panels and seat that are in fair shape but no carpet. The body is in good shape and almost ready for paint. It just needs to be put back together (hood, doors, windows, dash, etc.) I'll post as many pictures as I have and plan on taking a few new ones in it's current condition. I have many pictures that were taken during it's restoration as well but will not post them. Please ask any questions and better yet, come and see the car before you bid. I do have a small reserve price which is a sacrifice but the car has to go. Although I could make more money parting out the car, I prefer it all go together in one auction. It has a clear title.
