Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is a 1970 Dodge Charger. I brought this car home from Macon, GA. 2 years ago. I was going to restore this car, but unfortunately dont have the time due to having (8) other '68-'70 Charger projects to restore. Watch for my upcoming auctions for more 1968,1969 and 1970 Chargers....including 3 rotisserie restored cars: a '69 "General Lee" clone, a '69 "Plum Crazy" R/T 4-speed, and a '68 F-6 Rallye Green Charger! BODY: The doors are very solid. The rear 1/4 panels are pretty solid too ( a little rust behind rear tires). The interior floors are rusted out. The trunk pan is removed to prepare for a new trunk pan. The passenger side fender seems ok, but the driverside fender is dented above the wheel. The frame rails seem ok, except for a small area near the rocker panel. There is some other rust that will need attention too. DRIVE TRAIN: The original 318" V-8 engine is long gone, and a big block 440" V-8 with automatic transmission sits in it's place. The engine is missing several parts. I am including a 4 barrel intake with the sale. Also, the wheels and tires pictured do not go with the car (roller wheels and tires will be provided and installed). INTERIOR: The dash appears to be complete. Front and rear seats are present. All glass is present. The steering column needs rebuilt (non-functioning). OVERALL: These Chargers are getting harder to find in any condition. This car will need extensive restoration to be a show car. This car will make an excellent candidate for a "Fast and Furious" or "General Lee" clone (or just restore to your liking). NOTE: This car is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS". There are no warranties or refunds for any reason. Shipping is the buyers responsibility. ( I have a truck and trailer, and might be able to deliver for $1.25 per loaded mile depending where you want the car sent.) Bidders with less than 10+ feedback will be canceled unless they call me first. Winning bidder must send a $1000 deposit through Paypal or wire transfer. within 24 hours of auctions end to secure their purchase. The balance is due within 3 calendar days of auctions end. I will accept cash or wire transfer for the balance (No checks). The car may stay here for up to 30 days free while shipping arrangements are made. By bidding on any of my items, you are agreeing to these terms. Call me if you have any questions at: (734)-341-3186. Thanks, Jeff.On Feb-05-11 at 19:31:01 PST, seller added the following information: NOTE: The last (5) pics are some of my other cars I will be listing on ebay in the near future. These are not part of this auction, and are not included in this purchase.
