This is a 1996 Ford Explorer, Eddie Bauer edition with the 5.0L V8 engine and automatic transmission with all wheel drive....It is a two owner vehicle and has NO real flaws to it at all....Engine and transmission are very sound, body is in great shape, interior is in very good condition for the age and has 151,000 actual miles on it....In fact, I have the original window sticker for this vehicle....I also have the complete maintenance folder....If you are looking for a vehicle that you can just get in and drive as far as you would like, then this is it....Feel free to contact me at either 317-791-1002, or 317-372-6226 anytime....It also has virtually every option that Ford offered in 1996 and goes great in the snow also...I do know that based on the Kelly blue book value my reserve is considerably under the good book value for a private seller....On Feb-01-11 at 19:36:02 PST, seller added the following information: I have been asked repeatedly what the reserve is, it is in the upper two's....Like I said the vehicle has NO defects or problems, and I sure the heck ain't going to give it away....I have been with my grandkids to look at vehicles for twice this amount off of Craigslist and they were total scam jobs that were never disclosed in any of the listings, you know little items like, no stereo, bald tires, no instrumentation control knobs, transmission slipped, no overdrive, transfer cases bad, front ends completely gone, seats burned to death or ripped to shreds, listed as private seller when in reality they where junk pay here, buy here lots....So, folks, I hope that you are getting the picture...Sure, it isn't a 2002 model that was ate up with engine and transmission trouble....But IT IS A READY TO GO VEHICLE....Please just check my feedback, I DO NOT DEAL IN JUNK NOR DO I SELL CRAP.....Thank You....
