I purchased this car from a private seller who was liquidating some of his collection. I have had it about 1 1/2 yrs. We put new brakes on it and converted the air conditioner. However, I thought my boy would want it for his own. He did for a short while. But, he really wanted a newer vehicle. Since I am not a collector, I have no use for this car. As you can see, it is not in perfect shape. But, it is drivable. It needs a new home with someone that will take care of its minor imperfections and they will have a superb car. For history buffs, it has an 8-track tape player. The mileage shows 20,576. But, I am sure it means at least 120,576/ The body has a couple of dings that need to be fixed. The vacuum for holding the headlight cover in place is leaking air. So, they will not stay down. The driver-side seat is cracked and busted and needs to be repaired. The engine runs rough due to lack of use. But, it does run. The radio works some of the time. I think it has a short in it. The power windows/locks are not working. It may just be a fuse. But, I am not sure why. Bottom line, this is an great car if you have the time to work on a few items. It is a classic. Upon winning the vehicle, I would need a 10% down payment for me to hold the car for the buyer. I would hold it for up to 2 weeks. The reminder of the purchase price would be due at pick-up. Personal checks would not be acceptable for that. Cashiers checks would be acceptable. Shipping would be at the buyers expense.
