1996 Land Rover Discovery The vehicle has a considerable amount of miles on it, however has had recent work done. The exhaust system, down to the muffler was replaced less than 1 year ago (I have the receipts). Two of the tires have also been replaced within the past year, one of the two that was not replaced blew about a week ago-so the spare is currently on the driver's side rear. The paint is peeling is some spots, however there is no much rust. The car run's well but has a power steering leak. I spent over 1000$ to fix the issue, but it still remains. The car requires power steering fluid every couple of days, due to a leak in one of the lines. The radio works, with an aftermarket 6 CD changer under the front passenger seat. The drive side speakers are blown, and need to be replaced. The leather is in decent condition, however the drivers seat does need a little TLC. The head liner is intact but is sagging around the windshield. The AC/Heat works great! I replaced the breaks with in the past 6 months, and bled the lines not even a month ago. I did some work on the transmission, which is in good shape. The car is a great local driver, very spacious, with minor repairs. This would make a great first car or secondary vehicle. True to its reputation, the truck does great off road and would make an awesome trip/off roading vehicle. I am looking to get rid of the truck quickly and am negotiable with the price. Please understand that the vehicle does need a little bit of attention, however is running-you would be able to drive it home. I was not able to give the vehicle the attention it needs, and it has not given me any problems. It starts on a dime, and may continue to do so for years-the repairs on the vehicle are minimal and mostly aesthetic.
