You are bidding on a 1967 Mustang Coupe GT. I bought the car 3 years ago. The paint job was okay with a few dents and some faded paint. The car has not been taken completely apart and stripped down since I owned it. It had some metal replacement with some repair panels behind the rear wheels and some repair panels behind the rear wheels and some repair panels in the floorboard.I painted the car sonic blue with white chocolate stripes. It is not a total restoration, but I have put a lot of new parts on the car. The motor is a 289 4BBL with a Edelbrock carburetor, headers, Flowmaster style mufflers, with pipes ran out the back with chrome tips. The transmission is a C-4 that I had built by a local transmission shop in the last 6 months. I didnt rebuild the engine, but someone has before me. The carpet has been replaced; the seats are in very good condition along with the door panels. A local upholstery shop replaced the headliner. The door handles, bumpers, bullit mirrors, rocker moldings, head chrome, door trunk, window field, hood hinges, 1 door latch. The rear-end in a 9 inch with traction bars. The car runs good. I recently drove it on a 1000 mile trip to Pennsylvania (Carlisle). On Jan-28-11 at 05:48:47 PST, seller added the following information: THIS IS A NICE STREETCAR AND NOT A SHOW CAR. I HAVE HAD SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CAR . I WILL TRY TO ADDRESS THEM .THE CAR IS SOILD ALL THE WAY AROUND THE ONLY RUST YOU CAN SEE ON ENTIRE CAR IS THE INNER COWL HAS A LITTLE RUST BUT THAT IS ALL.THE PAINT LOOKS GREAT NO DINGS BUT THERE ARE A FEW SMALL SCRATCHES IN EVERY DAY DRIVING .THE MOTOR IS VERY MILD NOT A RACE CAR.
