You are bidding on a 2001 Ford F350 XL Super Duty Utilitity Pickup Truck. This vehicle was part of a fleet, and has become excess to our needs. It was maintained on a regular PM schedule, by our onsite mechanics. It comes equipped with a 1600 lb. capacity lift gate manufactured by Thieman, Model # TT 16RM and it measures 7' X 32" Deep. The truck has the Triton V8 engine. It is in good operating condition, there is rust on both front and rear bumpers. The side tool boxes and the Ladder Rack are all included in the sale. The winning bidder will be supplied with proper paperwork to acquire a new title, because this is a government owned vehicle it was not required to have a title. Also, the pictures are a bit deceiving, the truck is Green in color.Please read and agree to our Terms and Conditions before placing bid. Due Diligence: - Successful Bidder is required to supply transportation and is responsible for all related costs. The Bidder should provide adequate trucks, dunnage, blocking, bracing and tie downs. Seller will load assets onto the Bidder’s trucks. FOB Fermi, freight collect. - Personal property purchased from the U.S. Government may or may not be authorized for export from the United States to a foreign country. The purchaser must be a United States citizen or permanent resident alien and/or if purchasing for a company or corporation, the company or corporation is a United States owned company or corporation. Purchasers must complete a Citizenship Self-Certification form and an Export Control and Proliferation Sensitive Property Acknowledgement form. - All assets are listed and sold on “AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS” conditions as of the date of sale and prospective bidders are advised to conduct due diligence research before placing bids. “ALL SALES ARE FINAL”. - The bidder is invited and urged to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid. Property will be available for public inspection/pick-up at Site 38 Whse. #2 Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, Batavia, Il.. Inspection and pick-up may be made during weekdays between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 CST. A 24-hour notification is required prior to coming to the site by contacting the Property Office at (630)840-3585. Directions may be obtained from the Property Office. - Full payment is due within seven (7) calendar days from the end of the auction. Fermilab payment terms are: Any auction with a winning bid under Five Hundred Dollars ($500) may be paid via Personal, business check, and certified checks. Any auction with a winning bid above Five Hundred Dollars ($500) must be paid with a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, , or Travelers Check. - DO NOT BID unless you have read, understand and agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this sale.
