I'm listing my grandfather's black 1940 Ford Standard 2 door sedan. It is a 6 passenger car with an 85 horse v8 and 3 speed transmission. My grandfather was the second owner of the vehicle, and it has been in our family for many years. Our family had the vehicle professionally appraised in 2009 by a classic car museum. Condition report was as follows: Body: Good original. Has some rear deck damage as well as left door repaired years ago. No rust visible. Glass: Original with some deterioration. Paint: Fair. 85% original and good. Interior: Original. Wheels & Tires: Original. Older whitewalls. Chrome: Original Engine: 239 Flathead. Other: Runs and drives. Brakes good. The vehicles have been stored in a well-kept indoor facility in Kansas for many years. There are some flaws in the exterior and interior which can be seen in the photos.
