FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION: We have for sale a very nice 1965 Mustang that is rock solid! It is bright red and the paint shines like a red ruby. The interior is black and in exceptional condition. The engine is a 289 that runs strong and the transmission is a 3 speed automatic. The chrome has a brilliant shine, the glass is crystal clear and the mechanical things work. The tires look like new and are mounted on factory optional style steel wheels. VIN 5F07C615358 MILEAGE: 57640 READING, but this cannot be verified as the original miles. The car has been restored and the car looks like near new condition. With everything new or replaced its had to tell if this is the correct mileage, my guess is that it has rolled over and it has a 100000 more miles. : HISTORY: We bought this car in this condition from a nice man close to us that had lost his job. TITLE: Clear Tennessee title in hand with a VIN that matches the title. IS THERE ANY RUST PROBLEMS? None that I can find. IS THERE ANY ACCIDENT DAMAGE? None that I can find. WHY AM I SELLING THIS CAR? I’m a classic car restorer, but when I find a car I like, can sell for a fair market price and make a few bucks, I buy it fix a few things and resell. PAINT: The paint is new bright red, it is PPG base coat with 3 coats of clear. It was color sanded and buffed to a brillant shine. CHROME: New are in very nice condition. INTEROR: New or in super good condition, no wear and no holes. UNSERSIDE: Clean, but not detailed for show, the floors look to be original, there maybe one very small area on the passengers side that has had a patch. Its on the flat part of the bottom and has some under-coating. There are no rust problem on the underside. GLASS: Windshield looks brand new, the side window are good and roll up and down good. WEATHERSTRIPPING/RUBBER: Good! ENGINE: We think the 289 engine is original to the car and has been rebuild. It runs strong with no real leaks, it has no blue smoke and no unwanted noices. EXHAUST SYSTEM: Dual exhaust with a mild Muscle Car sound and it in great condition. TRANSMISSION: Is a 3 speed automatic that shift the way it should, this is considered a C4. REAR-END: 8 inch that has no leaks and no unwanted noises. BRAKES: Drums all around that stop real good. STEERING:Most of the front end parts are new and the car drives great, it is manual steering. With the large original steering wheel and correct size tires the car steers pretty easy. When you put much larger tires and a smaller steering wheel it make the car steer much harder. WHEELS AND TIRES: 14 inch Style steel wheel, this was a factory option, they are in outstanding condition. The tires look new and are radials. LIGHTS: They work! Head lights work, tail light work, brake lights work, dash lights work, one interior lights works, turn signals work. RADIO: After market radio not working, I’ll check and see what is wrong. GUAGES: They work SPEEDOMETER WORKS! HEATER WORKS! WIPERS WORK! HORN WORKS! GAUGE GUAGE WORKS! HOW DO THE DOORS AND HOOD OPEN AND CLOSE and the panels fit? Good for a Mustang, the doors close good, the hood fits good, the trunk fits good, the headlight buckets are standard Mustang and don't fit good, the rear valance below the bumper fits good, but the end gaps are wide.
