I'm putting up for bid my project Camaro. I bought this car with the intention of restoring it and using it as a daily driver, but have come to realize that I do not have the time to work on it. I've put a newer transmission in it (4L60E, 19,000 miles) and most recently a new thermostat. The engine is running good and strong but even with the new thermostat it's overheating and I'm now suspecting that it needs a new head gasket and I just dont have the time. I priced the gasket kit out and it was around $60.00. There is no apparent moisture in the oil. When it overheats it's pushing coolant out of the overflow. Car will need to be trailered even though it is running and drives, but it overheats too quickly to get anywhere with it.
