Up for sale is a 1987 Mitsubishi Montero (4X4) with 2.6L engine. The truck has gone thru frame up restoration . The truck started out as a rust free restoration. (meaning the body had no rust when we started) The body was lifted off the frame. The frame was sand blasted then coated with POR 15. Then the engine was totally rebuilt along with the transmission. (There is about 850 miles on restoration) All brakes were replaced front and back. the front end was rebuilt from idler arm,tie rods inner and outer, center link,ball joints(upper and lower). Power steering lines replaced.The engine had the water pump replaced,alternator,all belts,ect. I restored this montero for my daughter to get back and forth from college to home. We had some changes in plans and now need to sell her. ( the truck that is) If your looking for a new used vehicle then I think you found it. I would drive this truck any where.
