RELISTED DUE TO NON PAYING EBAY MEMBER WITH 0 FEEDBACK. SORRY BUT IF YOU HAVE FEEDBACK OF LESS THAN 5 PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU BID. FOR SALE IS MY 1992 MERCEDES 190E ` I HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW, IT DOES NEED A LITTLE ATTENTION, AS MOST ANY 18 YEAR OLD CAR WOULD. BUT IS USED AND DRIVEN DAILY. I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM A DEALER AS A TRADE IN EARLIER THIS YEAR AND PUT FOUR NEW TIRES ON, I HAVE DONE ABOUT 8000 IN IT SINCE. IT HAS A VIRGINIA STATE INSPECTION ON IT GOOD UNTILL AUGUST 2011. I REMOVED THE CASSETE RADIO AND PUT A NEW CD PLAYER IN ITS PLACE. CAR DRIVES EXCEPTIONALY WELL, IS QUITE AND RIDES NICE. ALL ELECTRIC WINDOWS, SUNROOF, ARIEL, SEATS, REAR WINDOW DEFOGGER, WORK WELL. BRAKES ARE GOOD AND IT EVEN HAS THE ORIGINAL FIRST AID KIT WITH VEHICLE. THINGS THAT NEED ATTENTION ARE, EVER SINCE I HAVE HAD THE CAR SOMETIMES WHEN IT CHANGES INTO TOP GEAR THE TRANSMISSION SEEMS TO GET STUCK IN A FALSE NEUTRAL BETWEEN 3RD AND 4TH. YOU CAN EIGTHER LET OFF THE GAS A BIT AND IT WILL CHANGE INTO 4TH OR PULL THE GEAR LEVER INTO 3RD AND THEN BACK INTO DRIVE AND IT WILL CHANGE. IT DOESNT DO THIS ALL THE TIME AND SEEMS TO BE MOST NOTICABLE IF YOU ARE DRIVING GENTLY, IF DRIVING BRISKLY IT DOESNT DO IT. I HAVE NEVER GOT ROUND TO HAVING IT LOOKED AT, AND IT HAS NEVER GOTTEN ANY WORSE. JUST SOMETHING I HAVE GOTTEN USED TO, CENTRAL LOCKING WORKS, BUT YOU HAVE TO USE THE PASSENGERS DOOR OR TRUNK. IT LOCKS AND UNLOCKS THE DRIVERS DOOR FINE BUT YOU CAN NOT OPERATE THE CENTRAL LOCKING FROM THE DRIVERS DOOR. CRUISE CONTROL WORKS BUT WHEN IT GETS UP TO DESIRED SPEED IT THEN TURNS OFF, CLEAR COAT ON PAINT IS PEELING OFF ON TOP OF HOOD. CRACK IN LOWER LEFT CORNER OF FRONT BUMPER THEN LAST WEEK I DID A 400 MILE JOURNEY IN IT SUNDAY WITH OUT A SINGLE PROBLEM. IT DROVE PERFECT ALL DAY. BUT GOING TO WORK IN IT TUESDAY IT BURST THE TOP RADIATOR HOSE FOR NO APPARENT REASON. I BOUGHT A NEW HOSE AND REMOVED THE THERMASTAT . I SHOULD MENTION THAT WHILE CHANGING THE HOSE I PUSHED TOO HARD ON THE TOP OF THE RADIATOR NECK WHICH IS PLASTIC AND BROKE A BIT OF IT OFF. BUT THERE WAS ENOUGH LEFT TO CLAMP THE NEW HOSE TO THOUGH. I HAVE BEEN USEING THE CAR AGAIN SINCE AND IT SEEMS TO BE OK, SO WHEHTER IT WAS JUST A FAULTY THERMASTAT OR THERE IS MORE TO IT. I AM NOT SURE. I AM SELLING IT AS IS WITHOUT WARRENTY IT IS A GREAT CAR TO DO A LITTLE BIT OF WORK TO. YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO COME AND TRY THE CAR OUT BEFORE BIDDING. I HAVE THE OWNERS MANUAL FOR CAR AND A CLEAR TITLE IN HAND. I AM SURE I HAVE FORGOTTEN SOMETHING SO ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK.
