Up for auction is a beautifully restored 1969 Dodge Charger RT/SE. This car has been very carefully and meticulously restored by myself over the course of several months. The car was a barn find, located in close vicinity to the body shop that I own and operate. This car is an authentic RT/SE with it's original 440 engine, 4-Speed manual transmission and Dana 60 Rear Axle. The instruments and gauges are all original and completely functional, all in good condition, including the Tic-Toc-Tachometer. There are only 43,000 original miles on the car, and it has not been driven since 1982. The car has been restored with its original factory paint color Bronzite. Regarding the interior, the seats, center console, dashboard and sun visors are all original and in very good, brilliant condition. Only the headliner, carpet and door panels have been replaced in the interior. The RT/SE was a Special Edition Charger with 4-Piston Power Disc Brakes, Air-Cooled Power Steering and Power Windows. Notable part and systems replacements are as followed: Vinyl top, replaced in its original factory color, Bear Skin New Distributor Front and Rear Brake Lines Fuel Lines Front Fenders Hood Headlights Front Grill Engine Harness I have made it a certainty that this vehicle be restored as complete to factory settings as possible.
