You are viewing a very well kept 1998 Cadillac Eldorado. It was a recent trade in on a BMW here in southern California. It is a California car free of rust! All photos of this 1998 Cadillac were taken in the same condition as we received the automobile. This vehicle has not been detailed or altered for the photos. We prefer to show all vehicles in the same condition as when we received the unit upon trade in for the new car. This Cadillac Eldorado is loaded with the following options: Factory chrome wheels, Leather, Heated front seats, Drivers and passenger power seats, steering wheel controls for audio and ventilation and a 12 disc compact disc player. This 98 Eldorado is equipped with the North Star V8 and runs and drives fantastic! It drives down the road with terrific performance and handling from its powerful V8 engine both at cruising speed and off the line, it performs effortlessly as designed and intended and provides a very rewarding driving experience. It drives and shifts thru its automatic transmission correctly. This Cadillac has no funny noises, clunks or surprises! The Cadillac tracks down the road in a straight line and does not pull to either side and suspension feels great. Upon hard braking there is absolutely no brake fading or squeaks and the brakes perform correctly and stop’s on a dime. It has Michelin tires with at least 85% tread wear left on all four tires. The factory chrome wheels have zero abrasions! All fluids including oil, coolant, steering and transmission are all at the correct levels and clean. The Cadillac has 111,126 miles and it has been well maintained with one of the most extensive CAR FAX reports I have ever viewed. I have the seven page CAR FAX report available upon request and can email it to you within 24 hours prior to auction end, simply provide me an email address. The Cadillac has extensive service records from an authorized Cadillac dealers in California and appears to have never missed a scheduled service all the way to 108,000 miles! There appears to me an error on miles in the report between 41,410 mi & April 17, 2001 with 44,902 mi & October 11, 2001 but the difference is so small we are pretty sure it was created by human error imputing the numbers into a pc, this will be found on page 3 of 7 of the CarFax report. This Eldorado drives like a car with 1/3rd the miles and truly demonstrates a superbly maintained automobile. The interior of this Cadillac Eldorado truly demonstrates a pampered cabin! The interior color is oatmeal beige. The interior condition overall is Superb! The seating surfaces show almost no ware and are simply soft and supple. There is very minor ware on the driver’s outer upper bolster but it is not worn thru at all. The headliner, interior door panels, carpets, console, wood and dash are stunning with zero stains, ware, fade or flaws. There are absolutely no funky odors and the car shows zero signs of any tobacco use! All power features work correctly on the inside too including both power windows, power seats, power door locks, keyless entry and security, instruments, all ventilation controls including heat and ice cold air conditioning, fantastic audio with excellent sound, interior lighting, instruments and gauges. Truly a well maintained automobile! The color of this Cadillac is Mulberry Red Metallic! The paint and all body panels are all original with no signs of bodywork ever taking place! Overall the majority of the paint finish has lots of luster, depth and sheen! The paint on the roof and trunk is starting to show signs of oxidation. The body is about as straight as you can find a car with no dents or noticeable dings There are minor imperfections including: light to medium scratches on the passenger side outside mirror, front and rear bumper covers. Down low on the front bumper cover there are large scuffs from steep driveway entrances. The ¼ landau top is showing its age as well. There is also a one inch small crack on the top of the grill. The car presents itself as a exceptionally well maintained automobile that screams pride of ownership overall and should provide years of enjoyment at a fraction of the cost new! This body style arguably is one of the best ever produced and has a timeless quality to it. We hate surprises like anyone spending their hard earned money. Upon clearance of funds seller will overnight Clean California Title, Current California Registration. California buyers will be charged $99 dollar documentation fee, $65 dollar Smog fee, $18 dollar registration transfer fee and sales tax within buyer’s own county sales tax schedule. USA buyers outside of California must have vehicle picked up by licensed carrier to avoid California transfer fees. The Cadillac must be picked up within ten days of auction close. Exceptions must be made within 24 hour of auction close. Transportation arrangements and cost are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
