I have a 1989 Jaguar XJS coupe. This car has zero rust. I t has been garaged its entire life. The report will say 3 owners including myself. I bought it off a friend of mine who got it from her dad, who was the original purchaser. So it is 3 owners but really myself and my friend's family. They kept in in great condition as you can see from the pictures. I have babied the car even though in the last 4 years I used it only about 5 or 6 thousand miles total. I change the coolant 2 times a year(spring and fall). I change the other fluids with filters 3 times a year. The spark plugs are changed once a year. The rear brakes have been completely rebuilt including pads, rotors, calipers and lines and the fluid has been changed. The radiator and cooling fan set up are virtually new as are all the shocks. The exhaust is completely new from the downpipes back. It is a Jaguar european exhaust, I only use Jaguar parts for everything on this car, no aftermarket parts for anything. The exhaust is a free flowing one without catalytic converters. It probably adds 25hp without the cats. has a slightly throatier sound than stock. It runs beautifully because I have maintained it meticulosly. You have to. It's the 5.3 V-12 and if you do the proper maintenance it will last a long time. I even replaced the valve cover gaskets when I first bought the car because I know they can be trouble spots. You can come to Westerchester New York and drive it home.It has a new Kenwood cd player. If you want a/c you will have to replace the compressor. As you can see by the photos it is really clean in and out. Email any questions. A lot of new parts come withit includung a water pump and alternator. Both of those parts are bound to wear out someday and these are Jaguar replacement parts along with some other stuff. Must sell so price is lower than some others in much worse shape. But don't let that fool you. It has been maintained! Thanks for looking.
