Vehicle Condition This car is in very good condition. This car has only been driven by myself or my wife during our ownership of 7 years. When we purchased this car it had only about 20,000 miles on it. This car was parked unused for 8 years in a climate controlled garage prior to our buying it due to prior owner's health. This car has been kept in a climate controlled garage during our ownership. This car is completely stock with no modifications. Tires are in excellent condition. Mobil 1 motor oil & filter has been used exclusively during our ownership. Terms Of Sale Vehicle is being sold AS IS and with NO Warranty. It is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly inspect the vehicle. The seller reserves the right to cancel any bids of any buyers that are not verifiable. Payment Terms The buyer will submit a non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 within two (2) business days of the close of the auction or the acceptance of an offer. Buyer agrees to pay the balance due within five (5) business days of the close of the auction or the acceptance of the offer. All financial transactions must be completed before the delivery of the vehicle. We the sellers reserve the right to re-list or otherwise sell the vehicle to another party in the event of failure to comply with these terms. Vehicle must be titled/registered within seven (7) days of completion of the transaction.
